Billy Welcome

Billy, a Vermont native, has made a significant impact on the youth basketball community since moving to Chicago after his graduation from St. Lawrence University in 2004, where he played college basketball. With a passion for player development, Billy has spent the last two decades shaping the futures of young athletes in the Chicago area.

As the Co-Owner and CEO of ALL IN Athletics, Billy has created a learning environment that transcends basketball instruction. His approach focuses not only on developing high-caliber athletes but also on fostering a culture where family values and teamwork are paramount. This approach has been central to his success, allowing him to help nearly 500 boys in Illinois continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level during his time as a basketball program director.

As the Director of Boys Basketball at ALL IN, Billy is committed to ensuring that every player receives the guidance and support necessary to excel at the next level. He is also deeply committed to the coaching staff, providing them with opportunities for career advancement and professional education. Billy hires top-tier coaches and is passionate about the placement and success of every player. Under Billy’s leadership, ALL IN boys teams have earned the prestigious designation as an adidas 3SGB program, an invite-only grassroots circuit that highlights the program’s excellence. ALL IN is also one of only 18 Jr. NBA Flagship Network programs in the country, further cementing its place as a leader in youth basketball.
