Our son was the only new addition to this team this season and only new one player heading into the season. Coach D and Coach Antwon noticed that he was having a bit of a challenge finding his place and they quickly made him feel welcome, gave him some time to "catch up" in learning the plays and made sure he had a fair share of playing time during scrimmages as well as during tournaments. By the end of season, you could visibly see his increased confidence, new friendships formed and of course development in skill. You run an excellent program that starts with good sportsmanship and is supported with great skill development and age appropriate competition.”

“During the tryouts we will work on individual skillwork (ball handling, shooting, passing, etc) and also instructional scrimmage situations, so we are able to evaluate each player individually and in real game situations. We will do ball handling to start off the tryout with all 2nd-5th grade players together, but will break them up by grade level after that for the remainder of the tryout so they can be evaluated with their peers.”
“We wanted to send a note letting you know how pleased we were with your program for our son this past winter season. This experience for our son could not have been better. He had a terrible experience in his high school program for a multitude of reasons, and the ALL IN program offered him the opportunity to keep playing basketball in a positive, competitive, organized, and FUN environment. He learned more about hoops (and sportsmanship and teamwork and effort) in one short season from your program than he learned in YEARS playing in other sub-par basketball programs and teams.
The coaches were exceptional, especially Coach Kay, and the assistant coach (the Chef), and Coach Gilbert and all the others involved in the program. One of my biggest regrets as a parent is not getting him involved in the ALL IN program many years ago. I am so mad at myself for not doing this when he was younger. Also, make no mistake as parents we are fully aware of his basketball limitations (we know (and he knows) he is no superstar), but we just didn’t want him to give up on hoop too soon as he can enjoy the sport for the rest of his life regardless of whether he chooses to play organized basketball, or not moving forward. He is starting his baseball season shortly and he will not be enrolling in your Spring season, but we will revisit things later this summer. Who knows if he ends up playing again, ALL IN will be his number one choice. Time will tell and we’ll see where he is at that time.
From our perspective, you run an excellent program and we are thrilled with the coaching, sportsmanship, culture, and FUN environment you guys create. He was pushed and he was taught and he got his self-confidence back and your program was a main reason we got our son back. He would leave the practices SWEATING and SO HAPPY, and as parents it meant so much to us.”
“We had an incredible summer! Practices were well run and helped our son continue to develop his skills and game knowledge. He was always excited to attend practices and games, and overall, was thrilled to be a part of the Summer Travel Team.
He also attended some camp programming (three days in July, fall prep and one day this past week) and he had an awesome experience. He was happy to be at camp whether one hour or four hours!
