Matt Truding

Matt Truding is widely recognized as one of the premier girls’ basketball instructors in Illinois, with a reputation built on decades of experience and a proven track record of success. His leadership has propelled numerous junior high and high school teams to top 20 national rankings and multiple AAU State Championships, solidifying his standing as a top-tier coach.

As the head of ALL IN Girls, Matt directs a program that is part of the prestigious adidas Grassroots Program and competes on the exclusive adidas 3SSB Circuit, an invitation-only league that represents the top girls programs in the nation. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have positioned ALL IN Girls among the elite programs in the country.

Matt’s background is steeped in basketball, having played at Brandeis University before transitioning into coaching. Over the years, he has contributed his expertise to various high schools, earning respect for his ability to develop players and teams. Matt is currently a teacher at Deer Path Middle School in Lake Forest.

Under his mentorship, over 200 girls have advanced to play collegiate basketball, a testament to his dedication to player development. Matt’s influence extends beyond the court, as he consistently shapes his players into well-rounded individuals ready for the challenges of collegiate sports and life beyond.
