NATIONAL TEAMS
ALL IN Athletics is proud to be a part of the prestigious New Balance P32 and Lady P32 circuits.
Our teams will compete in the New Balance P32/E32 (boys), Lady P32/E32 (girls), and Jr. P32 (6th-8th boys & girls) circuits. The E32 and Lady E32 high school events will be held in the same cities, on the same weekends, and often at the same complexes as the P32 and Lady P32 circuits, creating a unified, seamless experience across every level of play. This level of integration sets New Balance apart from other circuits.
In addition to the New Balance circuits, ALL IN will also have National & Regional teams that are a part of the NY2LA Association (Boys), Prep Hoops Circuit (Boys & Girls), Blue Star (Girls) and other nationally-recognized independent events.
Boys Teams
Team Levels & Competitive Pathways
ALL IN offers a tiered team structure designed to place players in the right competitive environment based on ability, development stage, and recruiting goals. Each level provides appropriate competition, exposure, and a clear pathway for advancement within the program.
New Balance P32, Lady P32 & E32 (15U-17U | High School National Teams)
ALL IN is one of a select group of Certified New Balance grassroots programs in the country for both boys and girls. Our top teams at each high school age group (15U, 16U, 17U) compete on the New Balance P32 & Lady P32 circuits, facing elite, nationally ranked competition.
In addition, second teams at each age group (15U–17U) compete on the New Balance E32 circuit, which runs alongside P32 at the same events. This structure allows multiple ALL IN teams to be evaluated at the same NCAA Live Period tournaments, significantly increasing college coach exposure across our rosters.
Both P32 and E32 events include NCAA Live Periods, providing consistent exposure in front of college coaches and media outlets. This combined platform ensures players are competing against the right level of talent while maximizing visibility during key recruiting windows.
New Balance Jr. P32 (12U-14U | National Youth Teams)
ALL IN’s top middle school boys and girls teams (6th-8th grade) compete on the New Balance Jr. P32 circuit.
This platform introduces elite middle school athletes to national-level competition, high standards of play, and early exposure to the developmental expectations required at the high school national level. Jr. P32 serves as a direct pipeline into ALL IN’s high school P32 and E32 programs.
Association Teams (15U-17U | National Boys Teams)
This level is designed for boys teams competing in top independent events at the 15U-17U levels. Teams participate in select NCAA Live Period events and other premier national tournaments, providing high-level competition and meaningful exposure for players with aspirations to play at the collegiate level.
Select Teams (12U-17U | Regional Boys Teams)
This level is designed for 12U-17U teams competing in premier regional independent events throughout the Midwest. Teams face strong regional competition while preparing players for higher levels of competition and future opportunities.

Blue Star League (15U-17U | National Girls Teams)
Blue Star League represents the top national platform for ALL IN girls high school teams. We expect at least two girls teams to compete in this league, which is known for elite competition and national scouting coverage.
These events will run alongside the Lady P32 events, in the same cities. This structure will allow for more ALL IN teams to be evaluated at the same NCAA Live Period tournaments, significantly increasing college coach exposure across our rosters.
Tryouts
DETAILS REGARDING FALL OPEN RUNS WILL BE LISTED HERE BY 8/1.
Spots on 2027 New Balance national teams may be offered through Fall 2026 Open Runs (August-October) or during Spring 2027 Tryouts, held in early March.
