Jeff Pearson

Jeff has over 40 years experience in basketball as a multi-sport athlete in both high school and college, assistant men’s college coach (Division 1 and Division 3 levels), head high school girls varsity coach, former Maine West High School feeder program founder/director, and owner of skill development/training company.

Coach Pearson has coached/trained players that have been a McDonalds All-American (2020), 1st Team All-Selections, finished 1st (2019) and 3rd (2018) in IHSA girls basketball, many players who played at various levels of college, and several players who have gone onto professional basketball careers. Additionally, he has been a skills instructor for the ALL IN Athletics girls basketball elite teams. He has used the game of basketball to teach the “life lesson” every player needs to be successful whether they are an elite level player or decide not to play beyond middle school or high school. His positive attitude and love of the game help each player to grow in their skills, become more confident in their abilities, and enjoy being part of a team.
