Brian Carmona
Staff Coach
Coach Brian Carmona has been coaching youth basketball since 2019, beginning at Hawthorne Scholastic Academy through Chicago Public Schools. His passion for the game started at a young age and grew through his bond with his father and the Chicago Bulls teams of the 1990s.
Brian has also coached a 13U team in the Philippines Basketball Association and founded Dagger Development, a basketball skills training program, in 2024. He is a licensed USA Basketball Gold Coach and holds a Technique Driven Skill Enhancement (TDSE) certification through I’m Possible Training. In 2026, he completed a skills development workshop with the Chicago Dragons 16U team.
Coach Carmona is passionate about developing players’ fundamentals, confidence, and basketball IQ while fostering a positive and competitive environment.
