ALL IN Athletics is proud to announce Duane Williams as the Director of ALL IN Northwest, further strengthening the organization’s presence in the Mt. Prospect and Arlington Heights communities.

In addition to his leadership role overseeing the Northwest division, Coach Williams will continue serving as a key member of the New Balance P32 & E32 boys coaching staff, coaching at the 16U level. His expanded role positions him to lead the Northwest division to new heights while continuing to develop high-level talent within ALL IN’s nationally recognized platform.

With more than a decade of AAU coaching experience, Coach Williams brings exceptional expertise in player development, game strategy, and leadership. He previously served on the coaching staff at Prospect High School and currently continues to shape young athletes as a Business Teacher and Coach at Niles North High School.

A dedicated mentor and positive role model, Coach Williams has guided countless players through both their athletic and academic journeys — helping many successfully navigate the college recruiting process and achieve their goals. His ability to build meaningful relationships with athletes and foster growth both on and off the court makes him an invaluable addition to the ALL IN leadership team.

As Director of ALL IN Northwest, Coach Williams will oversee programming, coach development and player pathway alignment in the Mt. Prospect/Arlington Heights area. His commitment to excellence, structure, and long-term development aligns directly with ALL IN’s mission of providing comprehensive player development and exposure opportunities through the New Balance P32 and E32 platforms.
