About ALL IN Travel Teams

ALL IN Athletics’ Travel Basketball teams offer players the opportunity to compete on teams matched to their individual skill levels. Our tryout process is designed to ensure each athlete is placed where they’ll be challenged, supported, and able to grow. Playing with ALL IN is not only a chance to elevate your game and build strong connections with teammates—it’s also a chance to face top-tier competition.

We have teams for all levels and support players with a wide range of goals—whether it’s making their feeder or middle school team or working toward playing in college. Our mission is to help each athlete reach their full potential both on and off the court.

Seasons

ALL IN Athletics hosts tryouts four times each year—once for every season. Schedules will be posted on this page as soon as dates are finalized.

  • Fall Season – Tryouts held in late August

  • Winter Season – Tryouts held in late October

  • Spring Season – Tryouts held from late February to early March

  • Summer Season – Tryouts held in late May

Each season, we form teams that compete in local tournaments, typically within an hour of their practice location.

As part of our Spring tryouts, we also host evaluations for our National & Regional teams for 6th-12th grade boys and girls. These higher-level teams require a commitment to both the spring and summer seasons. For more information on these opportunities, please visit the National & Regional Teams tab.

Commitment

While ALL IN Travel Teams do not require a year-round commitment, we do expect players and families to commit fully for the duration of each season.

We understand families have busy schedules, which is why we offer flexible practice options for our local teams. If your child is unable to attend one of their scheduled practices, we allow them to make it up with another team in the program.

Practice and game schedules will be set after teams are finalized. Prior to that, each family has the opportunity to submit weeknight and weekend conflicts, and we do our best to build schedules that accommodate the majority of players to ensure strong participation throughout the season.

2nd-5th Grade

The ALL IN Raiders program provides a high-level travel basketball experience for 2nd–5th grade boys and girls, focused on skill development, team play, and competitive growth—without the heavy time or travel demands of elite-level teams.

Raiders teams train with professional coaches, compete in local weekend tournaments (all within about an hour’s drive), and practice at premier facilities with access to top-tier gear. The program offers a structured, development-first environment where young athletes learn to play the game the right way.

Led by respected ALL IN coaches Donnell Thomas and Antwon Johnson, the ALL IN Raiders program is a collaborative partnership between ALL IN Athletics and A Basketball Experience, the basketball training business founded by Coach Donnell ("Coach D") Thomas.

The program follows a grade-specific skill progression handbook, ensuring that players are taught age-appropriate fundamentals at every level. At the end of each season, players receive an individual evaluation to highlight their growth and help guide future development.

We offer teams at all skill levels—from players who are just beginning their basketball journey to those who are ready to compete at a high level—ensuring that every child is challenged and supported in a setting that fits their current ability.

At ALL IN, we put development above all—and the Raiders program is where it begins.

6th-12th Grade

ALL IN offers year-round travel basketball for 6th–12th grade boys and girls, with both Local Teams (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and National & Regional Teams (Spring & Summer). Our program emphasizes high-level development, competitive play, and long-term growth.
