Carlos Ponce is an experienced director and coach with nearly a decade of coaching and leadership across the greater Chicago area. He has worked with both boys’ and girls’ teams, bringing a strong focus on player development, basketball IQ, and team culture.

Carlos has led teams in AAU, feeder, high school, and recreational programs, guiding athletes from fundamentals to competitive play. He is committed to creating a positive, disciplined, and growth-focused environment for every athlete.
