This collaboration will provide ALL IN athletes with enhanced access to elite-level training throughout the year.

Founded and operated by Jeff Pagliocca, General Manager of the WNBA’s Chicago Sky, Evolution Athletics has earned a national reputation for unlocking the full potential of players at all levels. Led by Jonny Reibel, a former professional player and Evolution’s Lead Trainer for over 18 years, the program delivers comprehensive training designed to develop not only basketball skill but also basketball IQ, leadership, and confidence.

Designed for middle school, high school, college, and professional players, Evolution Athletics hones every aspect of the game, fostering excellence as individuals, teammates, and students of basketball. Attracting top-tier talent, they train middle school and high school players from all over the Midwest, college players from each division, and NBA/WNBA/European professionals, delivering unparalleled skill development under expert guidance.
